What personal data do we process about you?
We only process personal data that is necessary to conclude a purchase contract or data that you voluntarily provide to us in the contact form or in connection with the performance of the contract. This data includes:
The Administrator (seller) collects the following data from the buyer: name and surname, permanent address including postal code, telephone and e-mail contact.
The Administrator (seller) collects the following data from the buyer as a legal entity: business name, identification number, VAT identification number, registered office address including postal code, first and last name of the contact person, telephone and e-mail contact.
The Buyer agrees to provide personal data to the Administrator (Seller) for these purposes in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended, and declares that the data provided is true and was provided voluntarily. The Buyer grants his consent until revoked. The Buyer may revoke his consent to the Seller's personal data at any time and may do so in writing or by e-mail.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?
The personal data of the Data Subject, which will be submitted to the Administrator when sending an order, will be processed for the purpose of concluding a purchase contract and its subsequent performance, including the settlement of any claims of the Data Subject from defective performance. The legal basis for the processing of the Data Subject's personal data is therefore the performance of the purchase contract established by the Data Subject's order and, at the same time, the fulfillment of the Administrator's legal obligations under legal regulations governing rights and obligations in connection with consumer protection and accounting.

Can we guarantee the security of your data?
Despite all the technical measures mentioned, it is not objectively possible to completely guarantee the security of your personal data. Therefore, it is not possible to completely rule out that a third party will not gain access to the personal data provided. For this reason, we regularly check whether the system contains weak points and has not been subjected to attack, and we regularly update security measures. Help us to ensure the security of your personal data by acting responsibly and adhering to basic security rules. Keep your access data secret and do not share sensitive information with anyone via unencrypted means of electronic communication.
How long will we keep your data?
The personal data of the Data Subject will be processed for the period for which the Administrator is obliged to store such data according to generally binding legal regulations, i.e. for a minimum period of 10 years according to the VAT Act.
What will we not use your personal data for?
When processing the personal data of the Data Subject, there will be no automated decision-making or profiling.
Can we use your data for direct marketing?
If a purchase contract has been concluded in the past, your personal data may be used for direct marketing based on legitimate interest. You have the right to object to this and processing for this purpose will be suspended.
In other cases, we may use your data only based on your voluntarily given consent.
Can you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data?
You can withdraw your voluntarily given consent to the processing of personal data at any time free of charge by sending an email to: info@vbjewellery.cz. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the possibility of continuing to process your personal data based on your consent given before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent also does not affect the processing of personal data that we process on a legal basis other than consent (i.e. in particular if the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract, legal obligation or for other reasons specified in applicable legal regulations).
To whom can we share your personal data?
Personal data of the Data Subject may be provided:
provided to the delivery service provider chosen by the Data Subject for the purposes of proper order processing
to persons who provide legal and accounting services to the Administrator in order to ensure the proper fulfillment of obligations set forth in generally binding legal regulations.
to persons to whom we provide data for the purpose of analyzing traffic to our websites;
to persons who ensure the technical operation of certain services for us or operators of technologies that we use for our services;
to persons who ensure sufficient security and integrity of our services and websites for us and also regularly test this security;
to advertising system operators in connection with targeted advertising;
under certain, precisely defined conditions, we are obliged to transfer some of your personal data based on valid legal regulations, e.g. to the Police of the Czech Republic, or to other authorities involved in criminal proceedings, including specialized departments (ÚOOZ, Customs Administration, etc.) and other public administration authorities.
The Administrator does not intend to transfer the personal data of the Data Subject to a third country, an international organization or to third parties other than those mentioned above.

The Administrator is entitled to request proof of your identity in order to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing your personal data. The Administrator has not appointed a data protection officer or designated a representative to fulfill obligations under the Regulation.
